  • Service existing clients
  • Develop clientale through telemarketing
  • T&C negotiation
  • Matching of resumes
  • Interviewing and presenting the right candidates to client’s
  • Provide excellent service and follow-up regularly with clients and candidates
  • Responsible for full cycle of search and recruitment activities including  advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
  • Manage executive and non-executive positions
  • Prepare quotations, invoices
  • Prepare monthly sales report
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Degree / Diploma/ Higher Nitec holders
1-2 years experience preferably in sales/customer service/HR related
Proficient in MS Office
Good working attitude
Motivated and driven
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Team player as well as able to work independently
